1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Postora mobile application, web editor, or related APIs (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, business, or organization, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease accessing the Service.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing

Postora provides pre-built templates, vector stickers, typography elements, and background graphics. The rights governing content are defined as follows:

• Your Original Designs: You retain full ownership of all custom artwork, text compositions, brand logos, and graphics created by you inside Postora.
• Template License Grant: Postora grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to modify templates and export final rendered posters for personal or commercial marketing.
• Platform Trademarks: The Postora name, logo, UI assets, and source code are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not re-sell raw Postora template files or claim ownership over raw platform assets.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to use Postora to generate, export, or distribute content that:

• Infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
• Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or promotes violence.
• Contains malware, viral scripts, or attempts to disrupt service server infrastructure.
• Uses automated bots, scrapers, or reverse-engineering techniques against Postora APIs.

5. Subscriptions, Upgrades & Renewal Terms

Postora offers free tiers as well as premium subscription plans providing access to exclusive templates, high-resolution exports, and AI poster generation credits:

• Recurring Billing: Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior.
• Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. You may cancel your subscription anytime via app store settings or account management.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities. You may terminate your account at any time from the app settings menu.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. POSTORA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL POSTORA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
